This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Schemes (“Schemes”) that the Trustee of the Schemes has given consent on the Eleventh Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Money Market Fund and Fourteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Active Allocation Fund regarding changes in Trustee name and related amendments. The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and will be effective from October 08, 2021.
