NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS/ PARTICIPANTS

 OF THE OPEN-END AND VOLUNTARY PENSION SCHEMES

MANAGED BY

MCB-ARIF HABIB SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS LIMITED

In accordance with the requirement of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism) Regulations, 2020, a copy of valid and unexpired identity document (CNIC/ SNIC/ NICOP/ SNICOP/ POC) is the mandatory document for all Unit Holders and Participants of Open-end Schemes and Voluntary Pensions Schemes (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Customers”) managed by MCB Funds (“MCB-IML”).

Therefore, Customers (a) who provided copies of old NICs at the time of account opening or (b) who did not provide copies of identity documents subsequent to conversion of Pakistan Capital Market Fund, Pakistan Strategic Allocation Fund (now “Alhamra Islamic Stock Fund”) and Pakistan Premier Fund (now “MCB Pakistan Stock Market Fund”) into open-end schemes or (c) whose identity documents expired subsequent to account opening and have not yet provided copies of renewed identity documents to MCB-IML, are requested to provide attested copies or scanned images of their valid and unexpired identity documents (CNIC/ SNIC/ NICOP/ SNICOP/ POC) to MCB-IML within thirty (30) days of this Notice. Customer falling in Point (b) above is also required to submit evidence of unitholding such as copy of physical certificate(s) of Units or CDS account balance report along with attested copy of his/her identity document.

Customer may send scanned images of front and back side of his/her identity document and physical certificate(s)/ CDS account balance report (if required) through email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at Mobile No. +923004362224. Customer can also submit attested copy of his/her identity document and physical certificate(s)/ CDS account balance report (if required) at nearest MCB-IML Office or through courier at the following address:
