AND
MCB PAKISTAN FIXED RETURN FUND

This is to inform all the Unit Holders of Alhamra Wada Fund/Plan and MCB Pakistan Fixed Return Fund/ Plan managed by MCB Funds that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has given approval on (i) Third Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Wada Fund (ii) Third Supplemental Offering Document of MCB Pakistan Fixed Return Fund and (iii) Fourth Supplemental Offering Document of MCB Pakistan Fixed Return Fund regarding addition of new plan(s) and amendments . These Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamra.mcbah.com.

The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from December 17, 2022.
