NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS

PAKISTAN CASH MANAGEMENT FUND

ALHAMRA ISLAMIC MONEY MARKET FUND

AND

MCB PAKISTAN CASH MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZER

 

This is to inform all the Unit Holders of Pakistan Cash Management Fund, MCB Cash Management Optimizer and Alhamra Islamic Money Market Fund managed by MCB Funds that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has given approval on Fourteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Pakistan Cash Management Fund, Thirteenth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Islamic Money Market Fund  and Twelveth Supplemental Offering Document of MCB Cash Management Optimizer regarding amendments in Authorized Investment and changes . These Supplemental Offering Documents can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamra.mcbah.com.

The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from February 05, 2023.
