This is to inform to all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Schemes (“Schemes”) that the Trustee of the relevant Scheme(s) has given consent on the Supplemental Offering Documents regarding addition of “Note” in Annexure ‘C’ and Risk Profile on the front page of the Offering Document. These Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamrafunds.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from April 07, 2020.
