This is to inform all the Unit Holders of MCB DCF Income Fund managed by MCB Funds that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Tenth Supplemental Offering Document of MCB DCF Income Fund vide letter # SCD/AMCW/MCBAHSIL/239/2021 dated May 19, 2021 with regard to addition of Unit 365 Growth & Income and related amendments . This Tenth Supplemental Offering Document and SECP approval can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and will be effective from 04 June, 2021.
