This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee of the Scheme has given consent on the Supplemental Offering Document regarding amendment in Management Fee. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.

The above mentioned Supplemental Offering Document is effective from August 04, 2021.
