NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS

This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee of the Scheme has given consent on the Twelfth Supplemental Offering Document regarding dividend distribution on a daily basis and related amendments. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from 13 October, 2021.
