Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee of the Scheme has given consent on the Supplemental Offering Document regarding amendment in sales load for Class B units. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamrafunds.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from February 26, 2021.
