NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS August 6, 2020
Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Fifth Supplemental Offering Document of Alhamra Daily Dividend Fund vide its letter # SCD/AMCW/MCBAHSIL /10/2020 dated July 30, 2020 regarding Tax Credit, Sales Load and related amendments. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s websites: www.mcbah.com & www.alhamrafunds.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from August 17, 2020.
