NOTICE TO THE UNIT HOLDERS August 10, 2020
Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This to inform all Unit Holders of MCB Cash Management Optimizer (MCB-CMOP) managed by MCB Funds that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Ninth Supplemental Offering Document of MCB-CMOP vide letter # SCD/AMCW/MCBAHSIL/MCBCMOP/12/2020 dated August 03, 2020 regarding Authorized Investment. This Ninth Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.
In the above context and in terms of Regulation 44(8) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the above referred change and modifications shall be made effective from September 10, 2020.
