Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee of the Scheme has given consent on the Supplemental Offering Document regarding reduction in Back End Load for Bachat Units. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.
The above contexts are in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and effective from January 28, 2021.
