Dear Unit Holders/ Participants,
This is to inform all the Unit Holders of the above-mentioned Collective Investment Scheme (“Scheme”) that the Trustee has given consent on the Tenth Supplemental Offering Document. This Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at company’s website: www.mcbah.com.
In the above context and in terms of Regulation 44(6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the above referred change and modifications shall be made effective from December 25, 2020.
