This is to inform all unitholders of the above-mentioned Voluntary Pension Scheme managed by MCB Investment Management Limited that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the 5th Supplemental Offering Document (i.e Replacement Offering Document) of Pakistan Pension Fund (PPF) via Letter No. SECP/AMCW/NBFC-PPF/2015/06/1016 dated September 2, 2026. In the above context and in compliance of VPS Rules, Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008, the 5th Supplemental Offering Document (Replacement Offering Document) shall be made effective from October 05, 2026.
